Connecting Beyond the Therapy Room

Building community through connection, collaboration, and shared growth.

At The Practice Counseling Services, I believe that meaningful professional relationships are essential to our growth and well-being as mental health professionals. For years, I've offered free peer consultation as a space for clinicians to connect, share experiences, explore clinical challenges, and learn from one another. What began as an in-person gathering before the pandemic has evolved into a virtual opportunity for continued collaboration and support. As I look toward expanding this community, I hope to create more opportunities for connection—whether through virtual peer consultation, informal coffee gatherings, or walking and hiking together. My goal is simple: to create welcoming spaces where mental health professionals can build relationships, exchange ideas, support one another, and feel connected to a larger professional community.

Because those who dedicate themselves to supporting others deserve connection, collaboration, and community, too.
